What if we don't think our arrangement is working?

Clients only stay with us if we get results. So it's important for us that we get things working for you.

If, for whatever reason, you feel your engagement isn't working, then talk to your customer success manager, and they will do their utmost to resolve the issue.  

If you're still not satisfied or have further concerns, we can ask our senior team to get involved.

Ultimately, we want you to be delighted with the service and results that we get for you, and we'll do everything we can to address them.
