What are your payment terms?

Payment terms differ depending upon whether it's a project or a retained service and are detailed below

• Projects such as website development, API development, HubSpot Onboarding are paid 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.  On more complex projects, the second payment may be broken down into smaller milestone payments. For example, 25% upon design signoff and 25% upon completion.
• Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and are due 30 days from invoice date if paid by direct debit or 15 days if paid by bank transfer.
