Yes, where it is appropriate and still enables us to suit the needs of the business.
The 9-5 live doesn't suit everyone and we're not going to restrict talented people to those hours.
Of course, the business has needs and there's work to be done. The majority of our roles are customer-facing or require team interaction, so there does need to be availability during core business hours, but we're very accomodating where we can be.
